Position: BIM Tech I

BIM Tech I – McMillen, Inc

McMillen, Inc is seeking a Revit Team Member to join our growing CAD/BIM/VDC team and support water resource projects in a fast‑paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist on Revit projects.
  • Create and manage views, sheets, and schedules in accordance with standards.
  • Collaborate with MEP or structural disciplines.
  • Provide support through all phases of design and delivery.
  • Work with a master model in Revit.
  • Remain highly organized and produce high‑quality products at a fast pace.
  • Apply experience on water treatment plants, pump stations, fish hatcheries, hydropower facilities or similar projects.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD.
Preferred Skills
  • Technical or vocation program with focus on design and drafting; AA/AS preferred.
  • 2–5 years experience as a multi‑discipline designer.
  • Proficiency with Navisworks and 3D coordination.
  • Experience with Autodesk Vault.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems in Revit.
  • Knowledge of Inventor or similar tools.
  • Experience in water resources.
  • Strong technical writing and professional communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary team members on concurrent projects.
Compensation Package
  • Pay range: $31/hr – $44/hr (DOE).
