About the Role

Join our passionate team of civil engineers and make a lasting impact on land development projects. We offer a collaborative environment where you'll contribute to all phases of development, from initial vision to final construction. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating effective designs for a diverse range of projects – from senior living facilities to commercial spaces and vibrant neighborhoods.

This job focuses on achieving results that support the organization and its broader strategic goals. The person in this role must show initiative, have a competitive drive, and be able to stay focused on results, even in times of organizational change. Work in this role often involves innovation and creativity. The person in the role must make timely decisions, find practical solutions, and implement work with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development project on time and on budget in a manner that exceeds our clients’ expectations.
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and foster authentic, long‑lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
What We’re Looking For Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • PE license.
  • 10+ years of engineering experience.
