  • Maintain proactive progress updates with Project Managers; highlight and resolve design challenges swiftly.

  • A fast-paced team player with exceptional communication—thriving under deadlines.

  • Grounded common sense: can rapidly interpret instructions, whether written, verbal, or project-managed.

  • Tech-savvy with MS Office and email, balancing digital proficiency with strong vision and hearing.

  • Comfortable with standard office ergonomics; can manage moderate noise levels with ease.

Why This Role’s a Home Run
  • You’re not just drafting—you’re designing the infrastructure of tomorrow’s communities.

  • It’s a fast-paced, collaborative, and rewarding environment where your skills will shine.

  • You’ll grow as a mentor, expert, and leader, shaping both the project and rising talent.

  • You’ll flex your technical muscles—Civil 3D mastery, thoughtful decision-making, and sustainable sensibility all come into play.
