RoleAs Lead Product Manager, you will report to the Director of Product and own the product vision, roadmap, and performance outcomes for major Design Home initiatives. You’ll guide a cross‑functional team of designers, engineers, analysts, and artists to drive growth, engagement, and profitability across our live service.
Responsibilities- Lead the forecasting, experimentation, and optimization of core performance funnels, including retention, monetization, and engagement.
- Analyze player behavior and game data to uncover insights, unmet needs, and high‑impact growth opportunities.
- Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and live‑ops initiatives that deepen engagement and drive revenue.
- Design and oversee new features that deliver best‑in‑class user experiences and align with the franchise’s strategic vision.
- Partner with design, engineering, and art to translate product goals into clear requirements and deliver high‑quality features on schedule.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify emerging trends in lifestyle and simulation gaming.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to measure KPIs, synthesize learnings, and present actionable recommendations.
- Drive A/B testing and iterative development to continuously improve product performance and player satisfaction.
- Lead cross‑functional teams with clarity and accountability, fostering collaboration and data‑informed decision making.
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally within mobile gaming or live‑service products.
- Proven track record of managing successful products with strong engagement and monetization outcomes.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of player psychology and UX design principles.
- Ability to interpret complex data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across design, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Strategic thinker with a data‑driven, results‑oriented approach.
- Passion for gaming and deep familiarity with mobile game mechanics, player motivations, and industry trends.
Pay Ranges
- British Columbia: $130,800 – $183,000 CAD
- California: $160,600 – $249,300 USD
- Washington: $149,200 – $205,500 USD
