• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field.
• 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
• Experience in data centers or a related industry.

Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions. As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture issues.

As a part of the DC Build Finance team, you will partner with Data Center Delivery and Engineering (DCDE) business teams to deliver data center builds at the lowest possible cost. You will align to regional leaders to enable partnership with the business while maintaining a global perspective.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Drive cost and operational excellence through technical expertise, data analysis, and business partnership to deliver financial analysis, modeling and insights that evaluate the NPV, TCO, ROI of new technology and new data center-related investment opportunities, and make recommendations to leadership.
• Lead preparation and review of data center investments spanning multi billion in spend, prepare deliverables, recommendations, and presentations for VP and above level reviews.
• Manage initiatives spanning multiple organizations including but not limited to Technical Infrastructure (TI) business partners, accounting, corporate finance, product finance, internal audit, systems, and engineering teams.
• Implement and maintain financial controls, actively drive performance against key metrics alongside business partners, and guide the development, automation, and consolidation of financial tools to scale the finance team and enable agility for the business.
• Build community for the Data Centers Build Finance team.
