Wage Range: $103,189 - $165,090 per year
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications, or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education, and internal equity.
Job Summary:
Manages the day-to-day operations and profit and loss of more than one clinic facility, including physicians/staff management, patient scheduling, patient flow, medical records, patient accounting, supply ordering, and complaint resolution. The position must meet at least three of the following five criteria:
- Managerial oversight of three or more multispecialty clinics
- Two or more separate clinic locations requiring travel by vehicle
- Operational supervision with >15 Providers and/or >30 direct reports
- Facility site management, including offsite building management
- Management of other onsite ancillary services, possibly including surgical or inpatient services
Primary Duties:
License, Certification, Education, or
Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, clinical area, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a medical clinic
Desired:
- Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MHA)
- Experience managing multi-dimensional or multiple medical clinics
- Training in Lean or Six Sigma
- Project and change management experience
