Studio Bloom

Studio Bloom is a boutique women’s fitness studio in Kirkland, WA dedicated to empowering women 50+ through science‑backed strength training, corrective exercise, and bone health programming.

We are seeking a highly qualified Exercise Science Professional, Physical Therapy Assistant or Exercise Physiologist with expertise in corrective exercise, injury rehabilitation, and strength training for women 50+.

This role combines personal training, group class instruction, and clinical‑grade bone health programming through the internationally recognized Onero™ Program for Bone Density
.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal training sessions tailored to women 40/50+, focusing on strength, posture, and injury prevention.
  • Lead small‑group strength training classes with an emphasis on functional movement and progressive overload.
  • Teach and implement the Onero™ Bone Density Program, following evidence‑based protocols for osteoporosis prevention and management.
  • Assess client movement patterns and provide corrective exercise strategies to address imbalances, injuries, and age‑related changes.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Bloom team to ensure consistent, empowering client experiences.
  • Educate clients on safe training practices, recovery, and lifestyle strategies that support long‑term vitality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
  • Certification in Corrective Exercise, Strength & Conditioning, or Clinical Exercise Physiology (NASM‑CES, CSCS, ACSM‑CEP, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with women 50+, with a focus on injury rehab, functional strength, and bone health.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex science into accessible, motivating coaching.
  • Passion for empowering women through fitness and holistic wellness.
  • Onero™ Program certification (willingness to complete training).
