Position: Administrative Data Analyst (40 hours/week)

Wage Range: $29.27 - $46.84 per hour

Job Summary

Provides data analysis for primary care including interpreting data, analyzing results, developing, and implementing reporting tools. Provides quality, confidential administrative support to the EHPC Executive Director, Primary Care Director, and Executive Medical Director. Effectively prioritizes and manages workload to ensure that critical timelines are met, and that accurate work is produced.

Primary Duties
  • Responsible for monthly EHPC Provider Dashboard creation and distribution.
  • Responsible for Press Caney training/questions from Primary Care managers.
  • Responsible for providing data to Decision Support for provider compensation for EHPC providers on production. Validation of true-up data and keeps tracking spreadsheet for record of payments. Communication of quarterly true ups to each provider.
  • Track providers on salary guarantee. Alerts leadership to when they are due to move to production model. Responsible for modeling productivity via data tool for EHPC leadership to review with providers.
  • Assists EHPC leadership with reporting requests (Lookback, Quality, etc.).
  • Create and maintain reporting tools to assist with budgeting. Supports training of managers on Strata Jazz and creation of cost center budgets. Works closely with EHPC leadership on annual budgets.
  • Coordinates activities involving Executive Director, Primary Care Director and Executive Medical Director including meeting organization, materials preparation and distribution, meeting set-up, note taking and timely distribution of minutes, and any other follow-up as indicated.
  • Supports development, creation and organization of policies and procedures and various manuals and ensures appropriate distribution. Responsible for coordinating, updating and reviewing policies, procedures, manuals.
  • Responsible for budget maintenance for the EHPC administrative department, obtaining supplies, work orders and processing accounts payable.
  • Acquires/extracts meaningful data from raw data sources and summarizes, validates and tabulates aggregate data in meaningful format for monthly reporting.
  • Creates and updates ambulatory registration and scheduling training curriculum for new and existing team members.
  • Responsible for leading projects as directed.
  • Maintain EHPC Ever Link/SharePoint site.
  • Prepares recruitment memos for EHPC.
  • Co-Lead Monthly Front Office Lead/Manager meeting.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • License, Certification, Education or Experience

    REQUIRED for the position
    • Associates degree in business, health related field or equivalent education/experience
    • Five (5) years of progressively more complex experience as an administrative assistant or similar position, with preference for work in health care or related field.
    • Three (3) years of experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting or similar position.
    DESIRED for the position
    • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education/experience
    • Seven (7) years of progressively more complex experience as an administrative assistant or similar position with preference for work in health care or related field
    • Medical terminology
    • Ability to learn additional new programs easily with minimal support (e.g. Epic, Inflow, Strata Jazz, etc)
    • Experience leading small projects to a successful conclusion
