Evergreen Health is seeking a full-time Orthopedic / Bone Health physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine team at Evergreen Health Medical Center in Kirkland, WA. The provider will identify fragility fracture patients, initiate osteoporosis evaluation and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
The role includes clinic, inpatient and surgical assist duties, with some after-hours and weekend responsibilities; most after-hours work is phone-based.
