• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
• 5 years of experience in full cycle SAP implementations.
• 5 years of experience designing and implementing finance, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or supply chain systems.

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in full cycle SAP implementations and support projects.
• Experience with SDLC phases, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, authoring functional specifications, system configuration, testing, etc.
• Experience with SAP SOM and SAP FI.
• Understanding of order management, booking, or product fulfillment processes.
• Excellent problem solving, people management, and communication skills, with a demonstrable bias toward action.

As a Business System Analyst for the ordering platform, you will be at the forefront of modernizing and automating Google Cloud's Quote-to-Cash process. Your specific focus will be on software subscription ordering and fulfillment—the way we commercialize Cloud's most strategic SaaS, AI and security products. We leverage SAP SOM and SAP FI, which is deeply embedded into the Google‑built ordering platform, the single source of truth for all Google Cloud agreements.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $147,000–$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
