Engineering Program Manager – Cloud & Strategic Initiatives

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager with a proven track record in driving complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives.
• The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and experience managing large-scale programs in cloud infrastructure, security, machine learning, and global product strategy.
• You will partner with senior engineering, product, and leadership teams to define program objectives, manage execution, and deliver innovative solutions at scale.

• Manage large-scale, cross-functional technical programs with a focus on cloud computing, infrastructure, and security compliance.
• Partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics for programs.
• Establish and track measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.
• Define program goals, establish roadmaps, and drive execution across multiple engineering teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and deliverables.
• Manage risk, dependencies, and trade-offs across complex programs.
• Drive performance, scalability, and reliability improvements in products and infrastructure.
• Partner with teams globally to ensure localization, globalization, and market readiness for products and services.

• 10+ years of experience in engineering program management, technical leadership, or similar roles within top technology companies.
• Extensive experience in cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience with machine learning, search technologies, and data-driven products is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage strategic initiatives impacting multiple business units and global markets.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Background in hardware/software engineering or product development.
• Experience in globalization and localization strategies for large-scale consumer products.
• Familiarity with performance and scalability engineering practices.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
