Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in program management.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, agentic AI frameworks and agent development, or model development lifecycle.
Experience leading software programs and technical initiatives across multiple product areas.
Preferred qualifications:
10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience leading process transformation and product strategy.
Strong engineering background with the ability to partner as a peer to partner with Principal Engineers, Distinguished Engineers, and Fellows, deep diving into complex architectural problems as needed.
Ability to synthesize technical insights to influence executive leadership and align cross-functional engineering teams without direct authority.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
You’re equally comfortable explaining your team’s analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will lead priority technical programs that deliver AI transformation and increase Googler velocity, deliver foundational infrastructure, and drive security, compliance, and governance across the company. You will navigate deep ambiguity, drive long-term technical strategy, and coordinate complex execution across a broad ecosystem. You will demonstrate exceptional technical judgment, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and scale across the complete software development lifecycle.
