We are seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to join us as an Executive Director who holistically operates a Koelsch Community at Jefferson House memory care.
Full-time opportunitySalary: $130,000 - $145,000 annually, dependent on experience;
Salaried / Exempt position with monthly bonus opportunities.

Leadership is at the core of this role. You have actively managed multiple departments in a professional setting with organizational and management success. You will manage a Senior Living Community effectively and profitably in accordance with company standards. You accept responsibility for the community operations – good or bad.
What You'll Do- Oversee community staff and day-to-day operations;
Actively manage multiple departments in a professional setting with organizational and management success - Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staff of quality associates
- Build positive relationships with residents of the community, their families, and staff members
- Other duties as assigned
- A minimum of two years of related leadership experience is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have a valid administrator license in states where required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pass a drug screening, and abide by our Drug-Free Workplace policy
- Must have ability to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
- Experience in the senior housing industry preferred
