Production Control Specialist

On a fast‑growing team, you will ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently, coordinating scheduling, resource allocation, and communication among departments to keep delivery on time.

• Develop and manage production schedules.
• Release work orders and monitor execution, tracking completed tasks and ensuring data (labor, materials, time) is accurately recorded before closing.
• Act as point of contact to coordinate tasks generated by work orders across teams.
• Oversee daily production operations, scheduling, planning, and organization.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure orders are filled on time and in full.
• Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure regulations and quality standards are met.
• Train and supervise production team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to prevent shortages.
• Track and report production metrics and performance.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Understanding of material management concepts surrounding production planning, inventory control, purchasing, stockroom operation, shipping/receiving.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (V‑lookup, pivot tables).

• Data analysis using Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Proficiency in using Net Suite ERP system.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in materials planning, production planning/scheduling, manufacturing, sourcing or other supply‑chain related field.

Pay range: $84,100 – $126,100 annually.
