Integration Technician III – Amazon Leo

Key Responsibilities- Integrate and test the LEO satellite and complex subassemblies in a cleanroom and ESD-controlled environment.
- Rig and lift bulky, sensitive hardware using appropriate rigging equipment.
- Use precision calibrated tools—torque wrenches, multimeters, optical inspection devices, micrometers, and calipers.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Perform work according to procedures, specifications, and test instructions.
- Run functional and environmental testing on units.
- Use test software programs for conducting tests.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to develop and document activities, including continuous improvement opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, ensuring an efficient, safe, and effective work environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years experience in mechanical or electrical hardware assembly, test, and/or installation.
- Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
- Experience in the aerospace, automotive, medical device, aviation, military, or other high-reliability operating environments.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience with FOD, ESD-sensitive hardware, and cleanroom requirements.
- Familiarity with forklifts, cranes, and heavy equipment (including certifications).
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, optical, and mechanical systems, antennas, functional testing, and satellite components.
- Ability to use multiple precision measuring instruments.
- Capacity to rapidly shift roles/responsibilities in a high-paced, challenging work environment.
The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $37.00 per hour. Employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure.
