As an LPN or RN with Alliance Nursing, you'll care for adults with complex medical needs, ventilator dependency, or respiratory support in a peaceful, home-based setting. This role requires strong assessment skills, nursing judgment, and quick decision-making, but the real reward is the deep connections you'll build with both patients and colleagues.

• Current Washington State LPN license (or compact state equivalent)
• CPR certification
