Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) Kirkland, WA. This position involves providing patient care in a fast-paced, high acuity environment within the healthcare organization. The role requires adaptability to float to other units such as Telemetry and Medical-Surgical as needed, supporting the organizations staffing needs.

• Position: RN Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience required
• Licenses: RN license (Compact license accepted)
• Certifications:
  
  BLS (American Heart Association); ACLS (American Heart Association);
  Certification in NIH Stroke Scale
• Schedule:
  
  Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Start Date:
  
  10/26/2026; possibility to start on 11/16/2026
• Duration: 13-week assignment with no holiday time off
• Float:
  Float rotation may be required to Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units (1:4-6 for MS, 1:3-4 for Tele)
• Responsibilities include delivering safe, quality patient care, adhering to organizational policies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Candidates must possess current licensure, relevant certifications, and the ability to work night shifts in a high-demand clinical environment.
