Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage gardening and landscaping construction teams.
• Supervise the work that is carried out in accordance with industry and company standards.
• Communicate production plans and goals to team members and customers.
• Ensure that all safety and maintenance procedures are followed.
• Follow up and record all expenses and hours of crews worked.
• Prepare work areas and supervise them until completion.
• Maintain a clean workplace.
• Complete paperwork and work-related information.
• Interact respectfully with customers to ensure satisfaction with the work done.

• 1-3 years of experience in project management and/or landscaping teams.
• More than 2 years of experience installing a variety of landscape and landscape applications.
• Capacity to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate standard machinery used in landscaping.
• Have a valid Washington state driver's license (CDL preferred).
• Have a clean driving history.
• Pass a background check and a drug detection test.
• Maintain a regular and reliable attendance record.
• Feel comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
• Full-time 4-day work week and 3-day weekend (except in winter).
