• Set up dishwasher & record temp of machine wash and rinse.
• Wash all dishes & pots during meal periods & restock.
• Keep kitchen area clean. Remove all trash as needed.
• Sweep as needed in the kitchen.
• Clean up all spills as needed while keeping cleaning supplies in a neat and orderly manner
• Transport dirty oil to container when needed.
• Keep Ice Machine wiped down.
• Keep stations stocked with bowls and plates.
• Transport garbage to dumpsters daily
• Fill every station’s sanitizing bucket before each shift.
• At the end of shift, refer to daily, weekly & restocking schedule and assist others as needed.
