Manager Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00 PLUS PRODUCTION BONUS ranging from $400.00-$2,000.00

You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant . This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. You will be in charge of making schedules, ordering product, training team members and hiring.

A profit share bonus is awarded to GM’s based off controlling costs within goals.
