In-Store Shopper

Overview

As the In-Store Shopper you will have the opportunity to select “the best of the best” for our online shoppers. To be successful in the position, you must take pride in your work, care about what is selected for our customers, and be quick on your feet to determine substitute products if needed. The In-Store Shopper not only helps our online customers but those in our store as well.

You’ll gain additional experience through other departments when online orders are slow, providing learning and growth opportunities. If you have smiles to share, we’d love to have you on our team.

This role may involve assisting in other departments as needed to support store operations and customer service.

• Assist online shoppers by selecting high-quality products that meet customer needs.
• Determine suitable substitutes when items are unavailable.
• Provide support to in-store customers in addition to online customers.
• Contribute to other departments as needed during slower online order periods.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude and teamwork mindset.
