Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located at our Kirkland, WA, dealership. The Sales Consultant will assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles, demonstrating features, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Responsibilities include maintaining exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and building long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role also involves consulting on financing options and providing solutions tailored to individual customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Expertise in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and maintain a professional demeanor
- Previous experience in an automotive sales or customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer needs
- Willingness to work on-site and full time in Kirkland, WA
