• Support agency business owners in understanding and implementing the corporate strategic plan
• Coach and advise agency business owners on sales results and execution of the state sales plan
• Monitor and manage the execution of company initiatives related to individual agency business owners
• Assist agency business owners in targeting and prioritizing sales activities in their market
• Build strong relationships with agency business owners and their staff

• Required insurance licensing to sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance products:
  Property and Casualty, Life
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions and support
• Prior management experience or experience leading project teams
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and reporting

• Previous agency experience or experience influencing agency owners in the field
• Candidate should reside in the district (Seattle area)
