Role overviewThis is a revenue-critical, performance-driven role for a senior sales professional with a proven history of closing high-value transactions and building long-term luxury client relationships. You will own the full sales lifecycle—lead generation, consultation, styling, closing, and retention—across fashion and home furniture, both in-studio and digitally.
You are not a transactional seller. You are a trusted advisor who converts insight into action and relationships into repeat million-dollar revenue.
Core responsibilities- Consistently deliver $1M+ in monthly revenue through high-ticket sales, curated bundles, and repeat client engagements.
- Demonstrate a documented track record of exceeding sales targets in luxury fashion, furniture, or lifestyle categories.
- Build, manage, and grow a high-value client book including UHNW and HNW clients.
- Lead personalized fashion styling and interior consultations informed by client lifestyle, space, and aesthetic.
- Close complex, high-consideration deals with confidence, discretion, and urgency.
- Leverage AI-powered client insights, CRM intelligence, and personalization tools to anticipate demand and improve conversion.
- Execute private appointments, VIP previews, trunk shows, and invitation-only experiences.
- Partner closely with marketing, merchandising, and operations to activate launches, limited drops, and seasonal campaigns.
- Track and optimize KPIs: conversion rate, AOV, attachment rate, repeat purchase, and lifetime value.
- Uphold brand standards across service, presentation, and client communication.
- 5–8+ years of luxury sales experience with verifiable results.
- History of closing six-figure and multi-item transactions.
- Evidence of top-quartile performance (President’s Club, top seller rankings, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to build and retain a loyal client base generating repeat monthly revenue.
- Strong understanding of luxury craftsmanship, materials, fit, proportion, and interior design principles.
- Commercial fluency with data, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- You combine human intuition with analytical rigor.
