• Consultatively guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends; monthly seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment with flexibility and openness to change.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus, but no sales experience will be accepted; training and coaching will be provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Your pay will range from $21.43 to $23.47 per hour plus commissions. If all sales goals are met, you could earn over $6,850 in commissions, with an average total compensation of approximately $30,725 per year for 20–24 hours per week. Individual starting salary may vary by geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
