Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Security Shift Supervisor!

Ready to suit up as a Security Shift Supervisor in a Concierge post? This role focuses on building meaningful connections. Your natural ability to engage with others will reassure and inspire confidence.

As a Security Shift Supervisor – Concierge, customer service is high priority. You will work with people on all shifts in diverse environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

• Site location:
  Kirkland, Washington
• Set schedule:
  Tuesday-Saturday 12 AM‑8 AM (40 hours a week / full time)
• Competitive hourly wage of $25.95 (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees)

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Background in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus
• Valid state driver's license
• Clean motor vehicle report
• At least 21 years old
