• Lead on‑site activities for water mitigation projects, including directing field crews.
• Perform and supervise water extraction, structural dry‑outs, demolition, and mold remediation.
• Take precise measurements and develop accurate sketches using provided technology.
• Assess damaged areas and determine effective, code‑compliant restoration plans.
• Operate and interpret moisture meters, IR cameras, and other diagnostic tools.
• Maintain open, professional communication with clients, project managers, and internal staff.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and project scopes.
• Document work thoroughly using industry‑standard software platforms like Dash, MICA, and Mitigate.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in water mitigation and crew leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of demolition and mold remediation techniques.
• Preferred: IICRC Certifications (WRT, AMRT, BMI, MRS).
• Familiarity with estimating software like Xactimate is a plus.
• Comfortable using restoration industry tech (360? cameras, tablets, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage a crew and complete projects on time and within scope.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Must be willing to be on‑call as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Leadership role with clear growth opportunities.
• Full‑time, consistent work schedule with frequent overtime available.
