We handle water losses, fire damage, storm impacts and everything in between. This role is all about controlled demolition, debris removal and getting damaged spaces stabilized and ready for rebuild. It’s physical, it’s fast‑paced, and it matters.

Perform demolition work, debris removal and site cleanup.

Assist with water extraction, drying equipment and job setup.

Document work with jobsite photos and written notes.

Perform cleanup and help maintain organized job sites.

Support senior crew members and follow all safety procedures on‑site.

Learn to use industry tools like moisture meters and IR cameras.

Adapt to changing job conditions and keep moving until the job is done.

No prior experience or certifications required—we will train and certify you!

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in crawlspaces/attics as needed.

Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments and with power tools.

Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to follow directions and maintain a professional appearance.

Willingness to be on‑call on a rotating basis after training.

Full‑time work with consistent hours and opportunity for overtime.

Paid training and advancement path toward certification (IICRC).
