Job Overview
Don’t dismiss it because of what it is on the surface. It does not sound glamorous but there is a lot to it. Owning a home is at the top of a lot of people’s list, and in metropolitan areas many people do not do their own maintenance. Our work is primarily roof, gutter and window cleaning on houses. We don’t pressure wash roofs.
We routinely brush moss and use a backpack blower to clear debris. We treat roofs to kill moss. We use a variety of ground and roof based anchors to rig fall protection while we are working. We patch holes and diagnose problems. We clean a lot of windows. We pressure wash decks and patios. We do minor fixes and look for ways to add value for our visit to the homeowner.
