As a Senior Software Engineer, focused on cloud infrastructure automation, you will have the opportunity to work on Service Now Platform and Tools, build solutions using workflows, orchestration and developer tools in Multi-Cloud infrastructure.

Our auditing framework (Instance Analyzer) allows us to collect information across our entire cloud infrastructure to make business decisions, apply emergency fixes to customer instances and ensure compliance.

• You will work as a member of our developer team that scales our auditing framework to meet the needs of the future.
• Experiment with the latest Service Now AI and GenAI offerings and other upcoming capabilities.
• You will also design and develop cloud automations & leverage AI/GenAI capabilities to support the deployment and management of Service Now products in our infrastructure.
• In addition to tools and automation, you will interact with other members of the infrastructure organization and the Service Now development teams.

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision‑making, or problem‑solving. This may include using AI‑powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI‑driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
• 4+ years of experience in professional software development, preferably in the Cloud Infrastructure Environment.
• Solid foundation in distributed systems with proven experience in designing and architecting systems.
• Advanced programming or scripting skills (using JavaScript) and experience in object‑oriented design.
• Development of web‑based database applications using Postgres or other relational databases.
• Experience integrating software and services using common API techniques (REST, SOAP, XML, etc.).
• Exposure to Containers, Machine Learning or Big Data will be an advantage.
• Experience working in Public Cloud environments such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent technical design, problem‑solving, debugging skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Exposure to AI, Machine Learning will be an advantage.
• Team player, attention to detail and ability to work well and communicate with others.
• BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

GCS-23

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $140,700 – $239,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
