Early Childhood Education Coach

The Position:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children from ages 1 to 7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.

No soccer experience needed!

New Coaches can work 5-15 hours per week. Starting pay is $25 per hour. With promotion to supervising coach, pay increases to $45 per hour.

Quarterly bonuses offered on top of hourly rate.

Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success.

Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.

And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills and increase youth activity across the board.
