Contract Supervisor - Yorkshire & Lincolnshire

We’re looking for an experienced Contract Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day works across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. You'll manage contractors on site, ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard, and keep projects running smoothly.

• SMSTS qualification
• First Aid certification
• Strong trade background (joinery, electrical, plumbing, or similar)
• Experience supervising contractors and checking quality
• Ability to travel across multiple sites

• Supervise contractors and ensure safe working practices
• Check quality, progress, and compliance with specifications
• Solve on‑site issues and keep work on schedule
• Maintain clear communication with clients and the wider team
• Keep records and site documentation up to date
