The Mast Academy Trust is seeking a Trust Development Lead for KS2 Outcomes to drive a Trust-wide project that strengthens provision, improves outcomes and establishes an ambitious KS2 offer for Years 5 and 6 across our family of schools.
Work with Headteachers, senior leaders and teachers to identify best practice, develop leadership capacity and secure sustainable improvements in teaching, learning and outcomes. Secondment flexibility and collaborative culture offered.
