Site Agent - Hybrid working

Up to £60,000 per annum + Company Car or allowance

Based in a rail division with a turnover in excess of £200 million, you will lead rail projects across the Eastern region of the UK, including bridges, platforms, and rail station refurbishments such as step‑free access, lift shafts, ramps and cosmetic upgrades. You will join an award‑winning provider of engineering services in the rail, highways, waterways, and utilities sectors. Recognised for being helpful, professional, and innovative, the team expects you to lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase engagement with key customers and optimise works delivery.

• Lead managing rail projects within the Eastern region of the UK, including various rail structures such as bridges, platforms, and rail station refurbishments (step‑free access, lift shafts, ramps, etc.).
• Ensure the development and update of all site documentation, such as WPP’s, Task Briefings, Quality Plans, and Test & Inspection Plans.
• Ensure all staff, including sub‑contractors, follow site procedures and complete works to contractual requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase engagement and profile with key customers, optimise works delivery, and support the agency’s culture of safety, teamwork, and career growth.

• Experienced Civil Engineer.
• Ability to work independently, exercising maximum autonomy and decision making.

• Basic salary up to £60,000.
