- Temporary Assignment for 4 weeks
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across student accommodation buildings.
- Undertake minor repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and basic electrical works within competency levels.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests raised by residents and staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of bedrooms, communal areas, and external grounds.
- Ensure all fixtures, fittings, and equipment are maintained in good working order.
