With a strong emphasis on Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, you’ll champion best practices, streamline processes, eliminate waste, and help drive operational excellence.

Shift Pattern

4 on / 4 off – rotating days and nights

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment

* Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (vital for success in this role)

* A hands‑on leader who can motivate, develop, and support their team

* Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑moving setting

* Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills
