All the while working towards a recognised Software Development Apprenticeship to support your learning whatever level youre starting from.

• Working as part of a supportive software development team under the guidance of experienced developers.
• Getting involved in real‑world projects that help drive efficiency and support business growth.
• Learning the full development lifecycle - from requirements gathering and design through to coding testing and deployment.
• Gaining hands‑on experience with Progress Open Edge and SQL Server 2020 with opportunities to explore C# and Java.
• Developing your problem‑solving and analytical skills to find practical solutions to business challenges.

• You have a genuine interest in technology and software development.
• You are curious eager to learn and ready to develop new skills.
• You have a logical approach to problem-solving and enjoy understanding how things work.
• You can work well both independently and as part of a team.
• You have good attention to detail and take pride in getting things right first time.
• You are organised reliable and committed to your own development.
• An IT‑related qualification would be advantageous but is not essential - enthusiasm and potential matter most.
