Join Equity Bank to handle daily banking transactions, build client relationships, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Balance daily cash and approve transactions within your authority limit.
• Assist in managing bank cash levels and maintain operational soundness.
• Build and sustain trust with clients through professional conversations and by promoting relevant products.
• Deliver a consistently superior client experience and respond to routine inquiries.
• Understand and follow applicable laws and regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti‑Money Laundering, and Equity Bank policies.
• Complete periodic compliance training and any additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Windows‑based systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Capability to work with a team and aptitude for math.
• Travel to Wichita, KS for required first‑week training.
