We are seeking a customer-focused and dependable Temporary Virtual Teller to provide exceptional service through video and digital banking channels. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, accurately processing transactions, and building positive relationships in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. • Provide professional and friendly service while promoting use of the Video Teller Machine
• Assist customers with inquiries, account servicing, and routine banking requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer needs

• Educate customers on bank products, services, and digital banking tools
• Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to appropriate business partners
• Promote strong customer relationships through quality service

• Follow all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Complete required compliance training
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality

• Support team and department objectives during the temporary assignment

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Banking, teller, customer service, or call center experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers through video and digital channels
• Proficient with Windows-based systems and basic computer applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to solve problems and work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
