Care Setting: ICU / Critical Care
Required:
Minimum 1+ year ICU experience
Comfortable with floating to Med/Surg floors when ICU census allows
Experience with:
ART lines
Ventilator management
CVLs and CVP monitoring
Hemodynamic monitoring
IV medications
Swan-Ganz, balloon, and Impella pump experience preferred
Required Certifications / Licensure:BLS
ACLS
PALS
TNCC
NIHSS
Patient ratio: 1:2–3
Floating required; all nurses participate in float rotation to Med/Surg as needed
Opportunity to cross-train to telemetry
24/7 in-house Respiratory Therapy to assist with BiPAP and ventilator management
EMR:
Med Host
Seeking an experienced Travel ICU RN for a 13-week night-shift assignment in Kirksville, MO. The role requires flexibility to float to Med/Surg when ICU volume is low. ICU-level skills, advanced hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator management expertise are essential. Staff work alongside permanent and agency nurses in a collaborative float environment.
