Care Setting: ICU / Critical Care

• Minimum 1+ year ICU experience

• Comfortable with floating to Med/Surg floors when ICU census allows

• Experience with:

• ART lines

• Ventilator management

• CVLs and CVP monitoring

• Hemodynamic monitoring

• IV medications

• Swan-Ganz, balloon, and Impella pump experience preferred

  Required Certifications / Licensure:

• BLS

• ACLS

• PALS

• TNCC

• NIHSS

• Patient ratio: 1:2–3

• Floating required; all nurses participate in float rotation to Med/Surg as needed

• Opportunity to cross-train to telemetry

• 24/7 in-house Respiratory Therapy to assist with BiPAP and ventilator management

• EMR:

Seeking an experienced Travel ICU RN for a 13-week night-shift assignment in Kirksville, MO. The role requires flexibility to float to Med/Surg when ICU volume is low. ICU-level skills, advanced hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator management expertise are essential. Staff work alongside permanent and agency nurses in a collaborative float environment.
