Location: Kirksville, MO
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
On-call required as needed

- Administer medications via oral, injection, and other approved methods.
- Conduct physical and mental health assessments and psychiatric screenings.
- Document medication administration and nursing assessments accurately.
- Perform MAR reviews, medication counts, and manage house stock and refills.
- Communicate with clients regarding medication needs and coordinate refill requests.
- Prepare clients for appointments by verifying medical history and collecting vitals.
- Maintain timely documentation of nursing interventions and client safety plans.
- Support lab and phlebotomy duties as needed.
- Serve as a resource for infection control, hygiene, and general health concerns.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in EHR systems and documentation practices.
- Ability to interpret lab results, clinical notes, and procedural manuals.
- Skilled in basic math and medication dosage calculations.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
- Committed to confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
