NHS Orkney is seeking a seasoned Head of Organisational Development on a 12-month secondment to lead transformation, culture change and workforce development across the organisation, working closely with Executive Directors and senior leaders to deliver strategic change. The role requires proven OD leadership, change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Based at The Balfour, full-time 36 hours per week, with a distant islands allowance and a strong NHS pension.
