Orkney Islands Council is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Kirkwall to manage a variety of capital and revenue projects. You will work 35 hours per week in a permanent position, ensuring projects are delivered from inception to completion while managing costs effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Quantity Surveying and Project Management skills, with a good understanding of construction detailing, materials specification, and contract administration. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed.
