Santander UK, Kirkwall Branch, is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join a friendly, multi-skilled team. This role covers 21–35 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, in Kirkwall. You’ll handle in-branch and phone inquiries, resolving issues and supporting customers with transactions and services.
You’ll thrive in a busy branch, helping colleagues and customers, with opportunities to grow product knowledge and contribute to a safe, customer-centric culture.
