What you will do:

• Assess and evaluate inpatient and acute medical and surgical presentations
• Prescribe necessary equipment and adaptations to support individual client needs
• Apply your community experience to facilitate effective rehabilitation strategies
• Deliver personalised rehab programmes to clients, ensuring their journey to recovery is as smooth and supported as possible
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient care
