We provide Day Services working collaboratively alongside individuals with Learning Disabilities.

A key part of the role is maintaining effective and professional relationships with service users, carers, staff and other service providers.

You will receive support and guidance from the Lifestyles Co-ordinators, Senior Lifestyles Co-ordinator or Registered Manager and be expected to adhere to the Health and Social Care Standards and the SSSC codes of practice for Social Service Workers.
** To be appointed at Grade D:
** You must hold a good general standard of education including numeracy and literacy and achieve a SVQ2 in Social Services and Health care within 3 years of appointment.
** To be appointed at Grade E:
** You will hold an SVQ2 in Social Services and Health Care or equivalent in accordance with the SSSC qualification requirements for registration.
