NHS Orkney is recruiting a Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist to lead polypharmacy and medicines reablement across GP practices, care homes and patients' homes. You will undertake structured reviews, reconciliation and optimisation to reduce medicines-related harm and support independence.
The post is based at The Balfour in Orkney with a full-time 36-hour week and a fixed-term/secondment until November 2028.
