Orkney Gin Company in Kirkwall is seeking a motivated individual to join the production team as a Distillery Operator. This hands-on role includes brewing, distillation, cask management, warehousing, packaging, and general production activities across various products including malt whisky and gin.
Previous experience in distilling is welcome but not essential; the right attitude, practical ability, and willingness to learn are the key qualities sought. Full training will be provided.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Applications can be sent to before the closing date on July 14, 2026.
