Compensation and Benefits
Pay: £14.57/hr (includes holiday pay)
Mileage: 28p/mile up to 10 miles plus parking/tolls.
Worker contract:
Registered as a ‘Worker’ – choose your days and hours, no obligation, full flexibility.
Location:
Kirkwall.
Out in stores across the area to ensure eye‑catching product displays and merchandising are at their best. You will represent some of the UK’s leading brands, helping to boost sales and create memorable customer experiences. Your key responsibilities include ensuring products look great, are easy to find, and may also involve selling, sampling, auditing, or mystery shopping.
Qualifications- Merchandising skills – eye for detail and ability to create eye‑catching product displays.
- Reliability, strong organisation and enthusiasm.
- Friendly and approachable – good interaction with customers and store staff.
- Experience in retail or merchandising preferred; training provided for the right person.
