By collaborating with our dedicated sales team and partners, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our pipeline and securing new business. In this critical role, you will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, focused on driving revenue, product and services adoption, and market presence for Concentrix TPS within the EMEA market. Aligned to a market sector or vertical, your efforts will specifically target teaming with Sales Representatives, Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, and partners at the CXO level with large enterprises.
Your business acumen will enable you to effectively engage with new sales opportunities and manage relationships with clients at the CXO and VP level, particularly in partnership with our Service Line Leaders and our strategic partners. We seek a professional who can think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technology challenges, and who can craft compelling value propositions that resonate with both customers and partners.
Your ability to work cross-functionally to build consensus will be key to your success.
- Accelerate revenue and market presence by spearheading initiatives to significantly increase revenue, pipeline, and market share for Concentrix
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and pipeline targets
- Craft compelling value propositions that clearly differentiate Concentrix in the market
- Actively participate in key industry events to expand networks and identify new opportunities
- Formulate and execute targeted vertical or sector sales strategies
- Sustain and grow a robust sales pipeline that supports ongoing growth
- Collaborate with sales executives across Concentrix business units to expand reach and adoption of TPS solutions
- Lead and manage contract negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain long-term strategic client relationships
- Support internal and external sales enablement
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client experience
- Be prepared for moderate travel to support role responsibilities
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong results orientation with a track record of exceeding objectives
- Proven experience in technology-related sales, solutions, or architecture, with proven success selling complex transformational technology solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or MIS is advantageous
- Prior experience in Software, Infrastructure, Platform, or Contact Center environments including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and CCaaS
- Preferred experience in Product and Cloud Engineering, Application Development, CX Technology (CRM and CCaaS), and Data Analytics and Engineering
- Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to inspire partnerships
